For Owner and Operator Bryce Kuhn, opening Twelve Restaurant & Bar is more than a business venture—it's the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to bring an elevated yet welcoming dining experience to his hometown of Wichita, Kansas. With more than 25 years of restaurant experience, Bryce has built a career centered on exceptional hospitality and scratch-kitchen excellence.
Bryce's culinary journey began with eight years in management at Houston's Restaurant in Kansas City, Denver, and Los Angeles. He returned to Wichita to open and manage Bonefish Grill, later serving as General Manager at Newport Grill and most recently leading Lakeside Club. Each step of his career has shaped the vision behind Twelve: a neighborhood restaurant that blends upscale American dining with genuine Midwestern warmth.
The menu at Twelve showcases many of Bryce's personal favorites, including smoked salmon, sweet corn risotto, spinach-artichoke dip, hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood. Every dish is crafted to reflect Bryce's commitment to quality, flavor, and creating memorable experiences for Wichita families and friends.
